Role Summary

You will work closely with the regional team whilst taking ownership and accountability for the work assigned, helping with the planning and implementation of research projects, day-to-day project management, delivery of analysis, development of actionable insights and effective presentations with high level of autonomy.

The role will be aligned to a Poland-based Team and supporting European wide projects. There might be minimum travel requirement for that role needed.

Working closely with colleagues and clients on each project, Consultants help implement the most appropriate approach to address project objectives and client business issues, within the boundaries of required deadlines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

As part of the Regional Market Research team you will be responsible, among others, for the following activities:

1. Coordination of assigned regional research projects:

  • Designing questionnaires and other research materials
  • Coordinating the team of resources assigned to the project
  • Overseeing the fieldwork activity run by external suppliers to ensure the project is carried out on time as per deadline.
  • Proactively addressing issues and recommend changes and solutions
  • Analyzing data, drawing conclusions and summarizing recommendations
  • Preparing reports for clients and presenting back to the client

2. Involvement in regional projects’ sales activity:

  • Participation in briefings and consultations with Clients;
  • Proposing methodological solutions and samples for research project offers;
  • Development of offers and price quotations
  • Preparation of sales materials

3. Participation in tasks aiming at new offering development

Skills, Education and Experience Required:

  • 2-4 years’ experience in a market research agency, dealing with quantitative research projects (qualitative is nice to have). Experience with clients operating within pharma industry is highly desirable
  • Experience with conduct of complex, regional projects, e.g. for international Clients
  • Experience of managing clients regarding day to day project-related tasks
  • Proven experience of coordinating project teams
  • Full understanding of the market research life-cycle – from questionnaire design to sampling, fieldwork, data specification, methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills – data input, manipulation and interpretation are core requirements for the job
  • Solid experience of writing presentations and building a story
  • Strong planning, time-management and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • An attitude to working collaboratively and effectively with others in and across the team to accomplish goals
  • Fluency in English: spoken and written
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills: strong skills in working with Excel spreadsheets and creating presentations with Power Point.  Knowledge of SPSS (nice to have)
  • Ability to provide sound judgment and offer some actionable solutions
  • An interest in and desire to learn about the constantly evolving healthcare industry
