Job description

The Technical Support Specialist has the responsibility for supporting internal clients on OneKey subjects ensuring that the support process meets high quality standards aligned with users requirements and expected procedures, interacting with the requester by phone, email and ticket to discuss current issues, cooperating with IQVIA internal teams like Exploitation, Implementation, Development and Governance teams.

OneKey Web is a robust web portal that provides access to comprehensive data on over 9 million healthcare providers (HCPs) and 680,000 healthcare organizations (HCOs), including the affiliations linking them together. With OneKey Web, our clients gain insights to improve the performance at every level of their organization.


Core Responsibilities

  • performing technical configuration of OneKey IQVIA delivery products to distribute and provide access to our client to the OneKey data as for the agreed contractual subscription
  • Assuring checks and deliverables of the OneKey products during implementation stages under the direct coordination of OneKey global Project Managers
  • Assisting the OneKey PMs with the operative task related to configuration and delivery of the expected project output
  • Providing support for internal users.
  • Interact with client by call/email/ticket to discuss support cases.
  • Report all support activities in relevant tracking system.
  • Use Oracle SQL to collect/analyze data stored in our internal DB.
  • Work on IQVIA internal tools to analyze data delivery process
  • Keep himself updated on OneKey products and services.
  • Develop, share and capitalize his/her knowledge.
  • Train users or co-workers on different support cases.

Qualifications & Skills

Technical skills and knowledge

Essential

  • 1-2 years of experience in similar role
  • Knowledge of database MS SQL, Oracle or any other related
  • Data analysis
  • MS Windows & MS Office tools (MS Excel)
  • BA degree (ideally IT related studies)
  • Fluent English
  • Interaction with client (technical support)
  • Troubleshooting
