The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Directing and Managing a Senior Sales team on go to market accounts strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual company revenue goals.

  • Helping to define and refine ongoing go to market messaging in collaboration with Executive Company leadership and marketing as solutions and services are launched and enhanced with customer needs and requirements at the center.

  • Mentoring and supporting Solutions Sales to drive individual and collective professional achievements and success

  • Communicating the solutions value and sales process and strategies to the Solutions Sales and other internal operations and technology teams to ensure external and internal alignment on messaging in a fast-moving, highly team-focused environment

  • Acting as a key liaison between MedData Group and other internal IQVIA business units to ensure effective collaboration across an evolving suite of customer solutions

  • Expert and accurate revenue and opportunity forecasting and responsibility for communication of information to all levels of IQVIA Management.

  • Direct and strategic support of Customer relationship development across multiple levels at client organization(s)

  • Taking a consultative and strategic approach to the sales process, listening carefully to customer needs and bringing in the right digital data solutions at the right time.

  • Consistently and strategically securing client meetings directly and in coordination with Solutions Sales and presenting expert information and focused on customer value

  • Keeping up with and synthesizing information relevant to the digital omnichannel ecosystem as it relates to MedData Group sales and go to market efforts.

  • Ensuring maintenance of all prospect and customer information in Salesforce.com so that any/all customer and opportunity related information tracking is up to date and accurate

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred

  • 10+ years of progressive sales and sales management experience in related healthcare segment

  • Experience selling data and/or audience targeting solutions in the healthcare market

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Know how to truly probe, listen and move dialogue in a positive direction

  • Flexible personality able to adapt to changing priorities in both a fast moving Adtech/MarTech market, and a highly collaborative team environment

  • A proven track record of successfully managing sales teams and expanding revenue in defined market segments

  • Comfort and experience with both in person and video presentations and engagement with prospects and clients

  • Travel to key accounts and industry events when safe

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must
