  • Responsible for successful year on year organic growth of net revenue and customer market share.
  • Enhance the customer relationship to achieve regular annual net revenues > = $25-35 million at an established profit level.
  • Serve as a senior customer facing linkage between IQVIA and customer’s organization, developing processes within customer portfolio area and clinical development group and liaising with other customer functional and outsourcing groups as applicable.
  • Establish and lead activities related to Operational Governance and be directly responsible for resolution of operational escalation, both internal and external.
  • Project and program delivery for all assigned key customer contracted work across Global Product Development, ensuring metrics and customer goals are achieved, consolidating resources, sharing best practices , achieving customer and site loyalty and Program Risk Management for customer portfolio.
  • Chair/Co-chair Operational Governance Committee/serve on sub-committees.
  • Support Sales, and GBO, overseas financial tracking and related business matters. Lead in developing and driving customer Account Management objectives and oversight for customer strategy map and process optimization initiatives.
  • Find and create opportunities to advance the partnership.
  • Stay current with Early Development (Phase 1-2a) industry best practices to drive leading processes and coach/mentor Operations teams on ways of working.  This includes attending conferences, utilizing personal networks, implementing corporate initiatives, collecting and share best practice, and applying quality risk management principles. 
  • Act as interface with other providers to deliver Data Management, SDTM and Bios services.
  • Lead key initiatives on the account as assigned.

  • CNS experience preferred
  • Work onsite with client team
  • Executive presence and candor required to work directly with client team
  • Senior level role working as individual contributor/influencer role
  • IQVIA tenure with process knowledge and key area relationships preferred.


Degree in Life Science, Business Management or related field and a minimum of 15 years in the pharmaceutical, CRO, or related industry, experience to include clinical operations, CRA, Commercial and /or alternative operational functional (e.g. business development, data management, project management, laboratory, pre-clinical); or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.


 Extensive use of keyboard requiring repetitive motion of fingers.

 Extensive use of telephone and face-to-face communication requiring accurate perception of speech.

 Regular sitting for extended periods of time.

 Domestic travel to Cambridge MA 25-50% of the time.
