Verification and Release Manager

Principle Accountabilities:

Oversees a team of analysts, both on and offshore, that are responsible for the QC and release of IQVIA™ information assets (i.e., Xponent, Xponent Plantrak, DDD, FIA, LAAD, NPA-MD, Xponent PD, etc.).  This position ensures client delivery needs are met by monitoring adherence to standard operating procedures designed for each contracted account.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with various levels in the organization (written and oral).
  • Demonstrates superior customer service skills.
  • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with aggressive deadlines.
  • Must have excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Ability to explain complex or technical processes to someone who has little knowledge of the subject.
  • Ability to identify workload issues an adjust to achieve balance across the team
  • Enforce adherence to the teams’ SOP’s to ensure on-time and accurate delivery
  • Builds client relationships across the client organization, including senior executives, IT, market research, sales operations and procurement
  • Resolves 1st line service issues, and coordinates 2nd line support issues with the service teams
  • Ensure through governance reviews that the teams utilization rate is within expected guidelines
  • Ensure team works overtime to meet deadlines

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and five (5) to eight (8) years in a process based role
  • Extensive knowledge of IQVIA™ offerings
