Responsibilities

Seeking a high potential candidate to join the corporate Treasury team in Parsippany, NJ to support broad Treasury services of local offices as well as the global corporation.  Responsibilities include:

  • Create and update standardized monthly and quarterly reports and perform analyses
  • Manage intercompany loan portfolio and related reports and updates
  • Manage master bank account file
  • Assist with foreign exchange transaction management
  • Security administrator for Treasury work station and various bank portals
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management
  • Assist in the development of reports and analyses to support department needs
  • Collaborate with various functional and technical teams to drive efficiencies

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting and/or Finance preferred
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of work experience in financial and/or treasury environment
  • Expertise with MS Office tools, including Excel modeling skills
  • Experience with Kyriba and FXALL desirable
  • Experience with SAP, and/or PeopleSoft a plus
