A great opportunity now exists for a driven and talented Training manager to join our Commercial Operations team.

The Role:

The primary function of this role will be to provide training on IQVIA core offerings and BI systems to a wide range of Pharmaceutical and FMCG clients; as well as ensuring our client-facing professional staff is well versed in all company offerings.

  • Running training sessions with clients on IQVIA’s core data offerings
  • Combining systems/tools training with business use training
  • Ongoing review and optimisation of training and operational manuals
  • Develop and run an internal accreditation program for client-facing professional staff
  • Proactively communicate client feedback on offerings and system functionality with the aim to increase value to clients
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Client Service, Production and Technology teams internally to build expertise and tailor training content accordingly
  • Innovate and implement novel ways to provide training
  • Tailor training depending on roles & level
  • Be the IQVIA ambassador in promoting IQVIA’s capabilities by providing a highly efficient and informative training to clients

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience working within the FMCG / OTC space is essential
  • At least 5 years of experience in Training or Learning and Development role
  • At least 2 years specialist experience delivering IT/Technical Training programs
  • A background in the pharmaceutical industry and/or using IQVIA data would be highly regarded
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and advocate for new and emerging skills, tools and platforms
  • A self-motivated approach and comfortable with working in a fast-growing, dynamic and ambiguous environment
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Have a car and current drivers licenses
