Role Overview:

Work with the Organizational Change Management Lead to develop a comprehensive training plan that ensures optimized role execution and internal program pull through. Success is measured by an increased stakeholder feedback score, increased response rates for stakeholder feedback, increased adoption, utilization and proficiency rates, increased ROI KPI’s for key internal initiatives

Responsibilities:

Leverage adult learning principles and recent training modalities to create a comprehensive Site Activation training plan that integrates stakeholder analysis findings in concert with the Organizational Change Management lead, SA OPEX Head and Strategy Head. This should consider and include all current Site Activation training initiatives, gap analysis work, projects being executed and IQVIA Competency goals  Work with the Organizational Change Management lead to determine how critical success metrics for OCM can be best met by different training modalities and how these will be best integrated into the comprehensive training and Communications plan Work with the HR partner and the customer feedback loop to further refine organizational behavior competency gap identification and training curricula that can help plug gaps Help the Organizational Change Lead determine initial actionable stakeholder analysis questions and then utilize this as a foundation of understanding internal training Experience requirements. Considerations should include: current questionnaires, gaps and survey feedback to create new questions and modalities Create a central site for training materials Help the communications lead create internal facing templates that ensures a focus on key competency drivers that have been identified Integrate feedback into training from the stakeholder feedback loop Create an on-boarding training curriculum specific for all site activation roles that integrates process and SOP’s Leverages internal training templates, experience and modalities used in training and to produce training materials Actively collaborate with the business leaders to identify and solve potential training issues Operates within established budget to maximize resources and allocate them to projects which offer the greatest value

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

  • 5+ years of training experience
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in Healthcare
  • Strong leadership and partner skills, focusing on a strong alignment to stakeholder needs and organization evolution
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 4-year undergraduate or more advanced degree

Additional Requirements:

  • Travel may be required
  • Extensive use of telephone and face-to-face communication requiring accurate perception of speech
  • Extensive use of keyboard requiring repetitive motion of fingers
  • Regular sitting for extended periods of time
