IQVIA Technology Solutions develops and markets life sciences-focused enterprise technology solutions including Orchestrated Customer Engagement, Master Data Management, Content Management, Social Listening, BI and Reporting, and Compliance solutions. 

The Technology Solutions growth strategy is to continue developing a network of external is partners to accelerate our growth in the marketplace. Our Systems Integration partners provide both strategic influence on customer buying decisions and execution scale that would be unattainable by relying solely on internal resources.

To develop a professional partner program, we are building out a partnerships organization to strategically select, contract with, onboard, and manage relationships with partners that will help us grow our business. As the Partner Account Director you are a cornerstone of this team and critical to our success.

Technology and Data Partners are integral to IQVIA's platform-of-platforms strategy by providing the components we leverage to build truly differentiated, value-adding solutions for our clients.

As the Partner Account Manager, Technology & Data Partners, you will be responsible for helping our Product Management teams identify and contract with strategically appropriate partners to ensure cross-portfolio success


Specifically, you will:

  • Be assigned a portfolio of strategic technology and/or data partners
  • Be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with globally strategic technology partners
  • Ensure internal alignment to partnerships strategy and delivery model
  • Provide leadership and guidance to internal stakeholder ecosystem in capitalizing on the platform-of-platforms strategy
  • Engage with Product Teams and Sales teams to align capability needs with our external partners
  • Seek to understand capability gaps and/or opportunities across product pillars
  • Monitor and identify risks (e.g., financial, competitive, etc.) around partners
  • Recommend potential solutions to capability gaps through a build/buy/partner lens
  • Manage RFI/RFP processes to acquire new partner technology -Negotiate with partner/vendor on agreements (e.g. volumes, products/services, etc.)                                                                                                                                                                      
  • Work with legal to put in place contractual arrangements that meet business needs
