Job Description

Summary of Essential Job Functions

  • Team Management
    • Manage and lead a team of Project Managers, Project Associates and Content Engineers.
    • Set clear team goals and initiatives and meet weekly with team members to ensure progress and to identify issues and potential solutions proactively.
    • Define success in whole team terms, encourage problem solving and welcome input from all team members; create a strong sense of morale and teamwork.
    • Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
    • Identify training needs and provide coaching for team and oversee the development of the skill set of the team.
    • Escalate team issues and needs. Champion the resolution and create a knowledge sharing opportunity for the entire department.
    • Assume responsibility for the team’s accurate completion of monthly revenue sheets and invoicing reports.
    • Support other team leads and other teams and inspire a culture of collaboration and support.
  • Client Management
    • Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitor across projects
    • Develop tools and processes to support efficient and consistent execution of projects.
    • Develop tools and processes to efficiently support reporting to clients
    • Work with clients to develop and maintain Enterprise relationships.

  • Project Management
    • 60% time managing SecureConsent projects to ensure they are executed on time, on budget, and according to specification.
    • Work well cross-departmentally to ensure client expectations are exceeded.
    • Uphold and adhere to Policies, SOPs, Work Instructions.
  • Department Resourcing
    • Work collaboratively with the other PM Team Leads to prioritize deliverables on a weekly basis.
    • Manage team’s attendance, leave requests and schedules.

  • HR
    • Screen, interview and make recommendations on hiring process - Review and provide feedback on staffing plans.
    • Onboard and assist in new team member training.
    • Lead performance evaluations for direct reports.
    • Review and approve timesheets, approve time off.
  • Sales
    • Assist business staff and senior management in the writing and reviewing of budgets, contracts, proposals, change orders, questionnaires, and audits.
  • Accounting
    • Work with the office manager and accounting department to ensure metrics, revenue recognition, and invoices are submitted correctly, and on time, each month.

  • Operational Strategy
    • Understand and project the mission, vision, goals of the organization to other team members and clients
    • Help develop and execute strategic and operational plans including goals, objectives, KPIs (metrics) to guide the teams, projects, and department, in general, towards success
    • Work with Senior Management and Development Team on ways to improve the product and enhance the client experience
    • Work with the Quality team to produce Work Instructions and SOPs relevant to the operations
    • Build and maintain relationships with other team leads to ensure a smooth flow of information between teams, projects and departments to minimize information silos and maximize cross-team support.
    • Identify procedural problems, bottlenecks and inefficiencies and work with other team leads, directors and senior management to propose solutions towards enhanced productivity, quality and efficiency.
    • Analyze trends in metrics to propose process improvements and share best practices with the department.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in software development and/or healthcare/research

Skill Requirements

  • Expert-level familiarity with MS Project or similar tools
  • Google Drive and/or MS Office
  • GCP


  • College undergraduate degree or commensurate experience.
