Job Description

The Systems Analyst role at DrugDev is not for someone looking for repetition and consistency.   Each day will present new challenges and opportunities to learn and expand your skills in technical project management. Depending on the scope of our current projects and where they stand in the software development lifecycle, you will have the opportunity to act as the product representative in a scrum team and ensure coordination of deliverables as well as:

  • Facilitate, manage, and document technical projects through collaboration with software engineering team
  • Thoughtfully ask key questions to drive team decisions and efficient execution
  • Research, understand and define acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements to the DrugDev Platform to help shape the product roadmap
  • Collaborate with our software engineering, professional services, QA and UX teams to execute on Sprint goals
  • Participate in customer calls to stay informed on project progress and report any changes
  • Investigate, reproduce and document new tickets in our support system to streamline our triage process
  • Brainstorm with the product team and discuss upcoming strategic projects
  • Perform feature and regression testing in advance of major customer demos and code releases
  • Possibly conduct user testing with customers and stakeholders to refine user experience and address their specific needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Technical project management experience, preferably in agile environment
  • Ability to prioritize effectively to optimize efficiency without sacrificing attention to detail, switch contexts easily and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Incredible work ethic with a track record for exceeding high standards
  • Desire to build upon your technical skill set and work within an agile development methodology
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent personal and team organization skills
