Responsibilities:

  • Interacts with high-level supplier contacts to discuss their business needs and develops the appropriate solution.
  • Utilizes existing and potentially new, sales, prescription, and patient data within assigned accounts or territory to achieve assigned supplier contract goal and improve IQVIA offerings
  • Continuously looks for and delivers innovative business solutions through IQVIA products and services to offset traditional panel costs and drive innovation and growth
  • Anticipates clients’ needs and, in collaboration with other functions (e.g. sales, consulting), develops and presents proposed solutions to client's complex business issues.
  • Identifies and leads the pursuit of the targeted new business, contract expansion and new offering opportunities with supplier(s) and partners.
  • Manages strategic projects to expand IQVIA offerings
  • Interfaces with the executive level in existing and prospective supplier(s) and partners to engage decision makers.
  • Leads negotiations in renewing multi-year contract(s) within supplier accounts.
  • Monitors and anticipates changes in the regulatory and market environment that have an impact on IQVIA business and offerings
  • Represents the company to the client and the client to the company. Monitors client satisfaction with contracted deliverables and works with directors within the function to achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively manages renewals and information allowances.
  • As required, may participate in contract renewal efforts on large multi-year contracts.
  • May act as adviser on marketing, market research, sales management, industry issues, trends and IQVIA product and consulting capabilities.
  • May manage a team of supplier management representatives. 

Requirements

  • Min 5 years of relevant experience (supplier/customer services, sales, marketing)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Knowledge of pharma industry and good understanding of the regulatory environment
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Pragmatic, problem-solving attitude and the ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Innovative mindset, searching for out of the box solutions
  • Good planning, time-management and organizational skills
  • Established network with key stakeholders (Pharma companies, Wholesalers, NGOs) and institutions (payers and policy makers) within the Bulgarian healthcare environment will be an advantage
