PURPOSE: This role is an ideal stepping-stone for current college students. This position will provide exposure to and obtain get hands-on experience working with a group of experienced sales professionals, potential customers, and other professionals within our organization                                                                                   

Strategy & Programs Intern projects vary, your typical responsibilities and opportunities might include:

  • Support development, distribution and synthesis of annual business unit/departmental communications evaluation surveys;
  • Conduct focus groups based on survey responses and recommendations                                                                                                                                                                        
  • Oversee updates to Intranet and email group clean-up; support other communication activities
  • Research, analyze, recommend viable digital communication methods that will enable and engage sales teams                                                                                       


  • Enrolled in a 4 year university, MBA candidate preferred with a concentration in Business, Communications, Marketing or related studies
  • Experience with Microsoft Office - Experience with PowerPoint and Excel preferred
  • Quick learner and highly collaborative
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Able to self-direct
