Job Description: The Remote Infrastructure group is looking for a talented Senior System Engineer with a focus area in Hyper Converged Infrastructure, Microsoft Windows Administration, Backup/DR, and Storage Administration. The main responsibilities for this position will be administration of our remote infrastructure clients Microsoft/Linux/Backups/DR/Monitoring. The qualified candidate should have knowledge in Microsoft Products and how to administer/troubleshoot mixed Windows and Linux environments.

Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage the entire remote infrastructure. Work with application teams to gather requirements and troubleshoot infrastructure related issues.
- Manage continuous delivery of systems and cloud services.
- Maintain and administer Windows Server 2012+
- Drive resolution of issues identified via system and network monitoring tools, as well as assigned tasks and incident tickets. 
- Document processes, automation scripts, and infrastructure assets. 
- Work with other teams to identify and resolve higher level issues to meet standard SLAs.
- Actively engage and assist other departments to troubleshoot and deliver operational excellence.
- Manage Nutanix HCI environments
- Manage and maintain SAAS based Backup solutions like Datto,Druva,Rubrik
- Participate in engineering on call rotation
- Support AWS/Azure cloud based environments

Job Experience:
- 8+ years of Enterprise level IT operations
- Must have enterprise experience administrating Microsoft Servers
- Knowledge in basic Network troubleshooting and concepts as related to Microsoft
- Knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server 2012+
- Must have excellent troubleshooting skills
- Must have great communication and documentation skills
- Must have some working knowledge of Azure/AWS

-Must have Microsoft Certification MCSE,MCSA or similar
