IQVIA Biotech has an exciting position within its industry leading Site Contracts team. The team is growing and we are looking for experienced Investigator Site Contracts professionals to join the established and developing EU team.

As part of the site contracts team you will be integral to the success of the IQVIA Biotech business providing Global Site Contract and Budget negotiation and delivering investigator/ institution research-related agreements.

We're looking for a lively, enthusiastic and independent professional who is willing to work from home with an international global team. IQVIA Biotech specialise in working with smaller biotech and emerging biopharma clients and as such we have a vibrant, face-paced work environment. You’ll be working with a lot of the new innovative and upcoming research groups across a variety of therapy areas.


Manages the Site Contracts Department, including development of global site contract templates and coordinating contract templates; development and coordinating of global site budgets; negotiating with investigators; development of payment schedules; maintenance of site contracts database; interacting with other departments that play a role in the study start-up process; and, implementation and maintenance of global site contracting processes.


  • Global Site Contract and Budget negotiation experience. 
  • Delivers investigator / institution research-related agreements.
  • Negotiates clinical trial agreement language and budgets with sites using pre-defined negotiating parameters. Serves as the primary site contracts lead person for studies.
  • Prepares and documents process flows for each study. Follows processes that may differ across studies and countries.
  • Collaborates with other departments involved in study start-up activities to ensure timely initiation of sites       
  • Tracks and maintains effective communications with sites and internal staff    
  • Reports status of Site Contracts to Project Manager and/or Sponsor, as applicable
  • Ensures that the site contracts are mutually beneficial contractual agreements for both sites and Sponsor     
  • Knowledge of EU country requirements as it relates to Site Contracting and Budgeting.
  • Experience with developing Contract and Budget Templates, a plus.


  • Ability to perform responsibilities independently and with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Fluent English and other EU language communication skills.
  • Perform tasks with special attention to detail
  • Understand the Global site contracting process, including Publication, Indemnification, Publicity, and other areas of site contract law – inclusive of the country specific sub-agreement contracts required outside of the United States
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple studies
