An exciting opportunity is available to join IQVIA’s Global Talent Acquisition team as a Sr. Recruiter. This role will be supporting our Clinical Tech Business. Reporting to the Associate Talent Acquisition Director who oversees recruitment and hiring efforts for IQVIA’s Clinical Tech Business, the Sr. Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment. Positions will vary in seniority levels and skill sets, including but not limited to software engineering and clinical operations. This is a fast-paced recruiting delivery role responsible for finding and hiring top talent into our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities
In close liaison with the Associate Director, TA, manage the execution of recruitment and sourcing strategy for IQVIA’s Clinical Tech business to include:
o End-to-end candidate management
o Proactive sourcing through social channels & job boards
o Managing candidate responses through Workday ATS
o Networking for employee referrals
o Coordinating interviews and delivering / closing candidate offers

  •  Effectively manage and leverage relationships with Hiring Managers, HR, Finance, Onboarding, and other internal groups as advised.
  •  Keep abreast of market trends and demand impacting the company’s ability to attract competitive candidates; serve as a critical management resource regarding such trends; coordinate with the compensation team on salary considerations and equity concerns.
  • Participate in the implementation of projects related to the recruitment process within HR and across the business, HR systems, practices, procedures and compliance.
  • Provide management coaching and counseling to business leaders and managers to effectively meet business line/regional strategic staffing goals.
  • Compile and distribute key hiring & market data (including adhoc requests) to Associate Director to help educate business leaders, drive sourcing strategy, enable faster hiring decisions and provide overall status updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment of experienced candidates, gained from working within a professional service, CRO, Technology, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharma and or related business environment required.
  • Experience recruiting software engineering, clinical operations and or professional services profiles preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the Greater Boston technology marketplace
  • Ability to source passive candidates, create and executive effective recruiting strategies and manage client relationships required.
  • Ability to attract senior level talent and negotiate complex compensation packages.
  • A mix of experience within recruitment agency and in-house recruitment environments preferred.
  • Strong time management and prioritization capabilities, with ability to multi-task and self-manage.
  • Ability to think strategically whilst maintaining an eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills along with an ability to interact and develop networks in a professional manner externally & across the business.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, influencing & decision facilitation skills.
  • Competent user of applicant tracking systems; Workday a plus.
