Career Opportunity – Sr. Operations Support Analyst

Our Data Feeds team is searching for a Sr. Operations Support Analyst to anchor the support team with expertise in data feed management and application support. The Sr. Operations Support Analyst will report to the Data Feeds Operations Manager and apply his or her skills to ensure timely quality deliveries to suppliers and clients for feed onboarding’s and production support. This role is critical to our on-going efforts to anonymize our clients’ health data to promote analytic insight while protecting patient privacy.


  • Be a client-facing leader to enable timely data feed onboarding and ongoing management
  • Identifies project requirements by interviewing customers; analyzing operations; determining project scope; documenting results; preparing customer contracts
  • Develops problem solutions by describing requirements in a work-flowchart and diagram; studying system capabilities; analyzing alternative solutions; preparing system specifications; writing programs
  • Develops project estimates by identifying phases and elements, personnel requirements, and costs
  • Provide L1 and L2 support to Suppliers and Clients and respond to requests within the SLA guidelines
  • Prioritize support work on a daily or hourly basis and conduct daily monitoring of data feeds
  • Resolve technical issues and communicate outcomes and actions needed to all stakeholders
  • Work internally and externally to improve business and technical processes
  • Design and implement data feeds and verifies results by completing tests
  • Ensure data quality and completeness of weekly data feed collection processes
  • Deliver onboarding tasks for new projects
  • Document new processes, handle exceptions, and investigate issues
  • Attend regular meetings, including data feed onboarding meetings with suppliers and clients
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
  • Act as key contact for the production support team
  • Mentor junior resources and manage demands, with guidance for junior application analysts
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed


  • A post-graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 8 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of industry and academic experience
  • Strong Linux skills and working knowledge of Encryption and Cryptography
  • A friendly professional demeanor and ability to excel in a team oriented environment
  • Ability to work within one or more project teams and manage workload effectively
  • Ability to escalate issues and present work and explain findings to management as required
  • Prone to take initiative and demonstrate self-direction
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required
  • Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
  • Strong professional judgement and experience working in demanding environments
  • Desire/ability to work successfully in a small company environment
