We are looking for an experienced HR professional, to work with us on a fixed term contract to be based in our London office.  This contract is for a minimum 3 month period with the scope to extend beyond this according to our business needs.

Under broad guidance, provides human resources support for a defined client group. Partners with the client group, providing subject matter expertise and direction on human resources issues. Ensures quality operations of human resources processes.

o Understands business partner/client markets and, working with more senior HR Business Partner
o Translates business partner/client goals into proactive human resources plans to enable successful achievement of business results.
o Provides guidance and daily support to management on human resources activities, such as recruitment, performance review, benefits, training and employee relations, and resolves problems requiring senior site management intervention.
o Builds effective business relationships with clients to proactively support client needs.
o Responds to management and employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs.
o Assists management and more senior HR Business Partner in designing and implementing changes in organizational structure and processes, work design, team-based processes and/or organizational communications.
o Assist with Performance Management process and systems
o Responsible for managing headcount to plan and effective communication and partnering with Talent Acquisition.
o Managers the operational activates for Business Unit from – Payroll queries, Headcount reporting, HRIS system updates, onboarding and induction
o Assist with Mergers and Acquisitions from a post-acquisition integration perspective 
 



Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of five (7) years related Human Resources experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Thorough knowledge of human resources policies and procedures as well as national and local laws.
