PURPOSE
Direct and lead the planning, oversight and implementation of the HR strategy for the Finance and Legal support function. Through strong and engaging leadership, enable a team of HR professionals to provide expertise, advice and local HR business partnering support. Be an active member of the HR leadership team and effectively support global business management teams to help drive business delivery and results.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serve as a trusted adviser and partner to executive leader(s) and their global leadership teams.
• Command an understanding of the corporate and business line strategy and contribute to that strategy by helping leaders to define and identify talent actions and strategies to drive the business forward.
• Partner with HR specialist functions/Centers of Excellence to ensure delivery against strategic business imperatives and deliver solutions to meet business needs.
• Lead a matrixed team of global HR professionals who provide high quality HR support and consultancy to assigned business lines.
• Partner with Business Unit Regional and Global HR Business Partners as required in the design and implementation of solutions to enhance and grow the business (including organizational design and development, management and talent development, and employee engagement initiatives) in alignment with and in support of the business goals and objectives and the global HR strategy.
• Sponsor and lead the implementation of local and global projects/initiatives within HR and across the business.
• Support, as required activities and initiatives associated with change management involving reorganizations, mergers/acquisitions and transfers to ensure compliance with local legislation.
• Provide required analytics and people reporting data to key managers to support business requirements.
• Provide advice, guidance and direct support on all aspects related to people management.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree or educational equivalent and 10 - 15 years’ experience as a generalist or combination of generalist and specialist including 4 years direct line management operating with senior/executive management teams; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
