Role Summary:

Ensures clients obtain maximum value from Medicaid based products and services and helps support a positive and productive long-term relationship. Performs data analyses related to complex business problems and issues to provide insight to decision makers and product users.

Principal Accountabilities:

Assists team members to build, establish and maintain effective business relationships with clients to proactively support their needs as their day-to-day contact. Become an expert in IQVIA Medicaid tools to assist clients with use and training. Performs quantitative and qualitative analyses to support business solutions. Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in data-sets and able to communicate information and analyses utilizing visualizations. Identifies issues with systems and processes and proposes solutions or improvements. Verifies data for accuracy and completeness. May manipulate and transform data to optimize analyses. Ensures, through review and verification, that the product deliverable meets the customer's specifications, including timeliness and quality. Partners with the account manager and clients to derive optimum value from IQVIA products and services by explaining and expanding the usage of current IQVIA deliverables and identifying revenue opportunities within existing clients. Researches, analyzes and responds to clients, which may require an in-depth understanding of the client, specific business line, and/or therapeutic market.

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 1-3 years of related work experience in drug manufacturer, State Medicaid rebate group, PBM, Payer, or Retail pharmacy.

Additional Requirements:

Ability to communicate effectively with various levels in the organization (written and oral) and to manipulate large transactional databases. Demonstrated problem solving, analytical and strong customer service skills. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships in a diverse business environment. Ability to travel to clients and IQVIA offices as needed (minimal - 5%.)
