Enterprise Information Management Services Senior Consultant

Role Summary:
Leads the delivery of Enterprise Information Management (EIM) Services strategy and client support projects, including but not limited to Governance Program design, Advisory Services, Data Quality support, and Data Stewardship services. Interacts with the client on a regular basis to share progress, and plans. Builds strong working relationships and partnership with the client through on-time, high quality project delivery, and proactive recommendations on client business processes and architecture. As the project leader, the Senior Consultant will supervise and provide day-to-day direction to project team(s).

Role Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Minimum of six to seven (6-7) years of related work experience, including project management background
  • Knowledge and experience with pharmaceutical commercial sales operations and related capabilities (MDM, CRM, etc.)
  • Demonstrated success with defining and delivering data governance and/or data quality programs for pharmaceutical commercial organizations
  • Knowledge of IQVIA™ One Key/HCRS data, or related commercial products
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Visio
  • Demonstrated project leadership and program management skills
  • Strong capability in managing multiple projects and juggling priorities so that deadlines are met while retaining consistently high quality outcomes
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to proactively identify client need and translate into a solution
  • Consulting or client engagement experience is preferred
  • Must be able to work at a client site 3-5 days per week depending on the engagement type and location, with overnight travel


  • Under minimal supervision, the Enterprise Information Management (EIM) Services Senior Consultant leads data strategy (governance, process), Advisory Services and operational (stewardship/quality) projects for clients. Ensures ongoing client satisfaction through fulfillment of contracted service levels, offering of proactive advice related to technology and business processes, and timely response to requests for additional services.
  • Builds, establishes and maintains positive relationships with clients and serves as their day-to-day contact
  • Ensures, through review and verification, that the product deliverable meets the customer's specifications, including timeliness and quality
  • Lead client meetings on a regular basis
  • Develop and manage project plans
  • Ensure clear communication throughout projects and amongst team
  • Directs team members on projects
  • Establishes client trust and utilizes engagements to develop new opportunities.
  • Provides advisory services as needed for new initiatives
  • Provides thought leadership and develops future capabilities for the EIM Services practice
