Job Description Summary
Responsibilities:
The Data Governance & Stewardship (DG&S) Sr. Consultant Role is responsible for working directly with clients on data management engagements.  The Sr. Consultant role leads and delivers on Data Governance & Quality engagements as well as working closely with the IQVIA technical delivery teams on Master Data Management (MDM) implementations.  This role is proficient in both data management and data quality tools as well as business process design and implementation.  The Sr. Consultant provides guidance to clients on best practices related to customer and product data management.  The DG&S Sr. Consultant is the recipient of escalated data management and quality issues for the client and works closely with IQVIA DG&S management along with the client to resolve any and all escalated issues. 
Skills and Experience Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree (or actively pursuing)
• Experience with IQVIA data and/or medical information (required)
• Fundamental understanding of relational databases, MDM, Informatica, CRM technologies (desired)
• Detail oriented, good data entry, research, and analytical skills
• Analytics and Reporting experience (required)
• Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communications
• Eagerness to learn, follow directions, and work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Access, and Word
• Experience with MDM platforms and tools (required)
• SQL experience (required)
