The role's responsibilities include:
- Gathering requirements and advising clients on appropriates uses of the information and the best ways to build the offering given the intended uses - deliverable creation; market definition changes;delivery;TPA coordination; Product News advisement, etc.
- Managing overall deliverables, to include coordination of specialty pharmcy  or other integrations and/or data manipulations identified as part of the client requirements
- Triage and escalation of issues, and managing to conclusion
- Initiating Data Investigations as needed and follow/manage to closure
- Managing meetings between client and FIA/LAAD team
- Managing weekly/monthly check-in meetings (or lead discussion in existing meetings)
- Maintenance of ongoing issues log, and communication of status of deliverables
- Responding to client inquiries. 
- Providing training as needed/requested, helping bridge the business issues to the data

An ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of 2-4 years of work experience in consulting, data analytics, or other relevant areas within the life sciences industry
  • An interest in and desire to learn about the constantly evolving healthcare industry
  • Good client management, communication, project management, time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent conversational and business English (written and oral)
  • Excellent MS Office skills e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel (SQL is a plus)
  • A willingness or ability to travel as needed (15%-20% on average)
