Job Description


Join a team of data-driven consultants for the main services/consultancy provider dedicated to the Healthcare Industry.

In the commercial services, we partner with marketing and sales managers in the pharmaceutical industry to support them leveraging and interpreting data and make evidenced-based decisions for their commercial strategy.


The successful candidate will partner with marketing and sales managers in the pharmaceutical industry to support them leveraging and interpreting data and make evidenced-based recommendations for their commercial strategy.

A senior consultant serves as key point of contact with the client:

  • Reviews and analyzes client requirements or problems and assists in the development of proposals of cost effective solutions that ensure profitability and high client satisfaction
  • Performs qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client specific solutions
  • Develops project plan with timelines and deliverable and leads project to successful completion
  • Presents and delivers findings to client
  • Provides follow-up with client after project deliverable has been completed to ensure client satisfaction
  • Develops and/or elevates new business opportunities through the identification of follow-on work and new leads
  • Ensures the development of business relation

A senior consultant also takes responsibilities in building the expertise of the team and facilitating the development of other team members:

  • Recommends improvements and alternative solutions to resolve client's problems
  • Provides direction and guidance to Analysts and Consultants assigned to engagement
  • Develops detailed documentation and specifications
  • Proactively develops broader and deeper knowledge of related consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical market through on the job experience and participation in training opportunities


Formal Qualifications And Experience

  • Master's Degree (or PhD) in Economics, Business Engineering, Business Administration
  • 5 - 8 years of related experience in consulting, and at least one solid experience in data analysis, market research, ideally in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry
  • Experienced with developing consultative relationships with senior level managers and executives at clients in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
  • Perfect command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English. French and Dutch are a plus
  • Experience of would be an asset
