For assigned clinical investigator site(s) manage the clinical study project finance accounts within assigned site(s) which are within Qcare which is a site management organization within IQVIA.  Coordinate and manage aspects of payments received, payments outgoing, revenue recognition, financial tracking, and reporting process.  Manage the preparation of internal financial reports including analysis to show variances between actual and forecast budgets.  Manage the Profit/Loss of assigned site(s).

RESPONSIBILITIES
•           Track and reconcile clinical study payments received from Sponsors and other CROs per the clinical trial agreements.
•           Create and submit invoices to Sponsors and other CROs per the clinical trial agreements.
•           Identify unpaid clinical study work and follow up with Sponsors and other CROs for timely payments.
•           Reconcile, issue and track payments to assigned site(s).
•           Maintain the financial management system and track and report on clinical study project financials.
•           Prepare monthly reports on assigned site performance.
•           Track and report on overall site metrics.
•           Ensure all financial and accounting records are thoroughly maintained and complete in preparation for independent audits.
•           Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
•           Experience with clinical trial agreement budgets.
•           Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
•           Strong analytical and numeracy skills.
•           Ability to identify financial issues and execute mitigating actions.
•           Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.
•           Effective verbal and written communication skills.
