ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER

Real World Evidence

As part of Project Management, in the Global Data Based Studies (GloDaSt) team,we offer exposure to observational research projects with global reach. In your role, you will gain experience managing the operational aspects of challenging Retrospective Real World Study projects and programs.

You will be responsible for small international projects, or local parts of large global projects, their timely execution and project team tasks. Produce and distribute status, tracking and financial reports of the projects to internal and external team members and senior management. Ensure that all project work is completed in accordance with SOPs, policies and practices.

Essential Functions

• Manage financial reports of the project including tracking deliverables and invoicing.

• Identify and negotiate out of scope project work.

• May be assigned responsibility for sub-projects or specific components of the project or program.

• May participate in proposal development and sales/proposal presentations

• Provide input into project proposals

• Partner with other Project Managers to develop and implement process improvement. Serve as a backup contact.

Requirements:

• Bachelor´s Degree.

• At least 3 years of Project Management experience.

• Desirable experience in life science field and within project management.
