Job Description


Provides operational leadership (staffing and budgeting) for a group of client service professionals within a large market with primary responsibility for client service in their domain.
Sets and drives the Service Management strategy with the Service team and ensures that people know their role in driving it. Develops and maintains long term relationships with relevant stakeholders in IQVIA and customers,  engaging with new audiences when necessary and is included in strategic or critical business discussions.
Has thorough understanding of the competitive position and is able to link/connect different needs to secure key renewals and drive new and innovative solutions orchestrating multi-functional teams
Drives and leads the effective implementation of service Management initiatives such as customer relationship management, customer satisfaction programme, personal development and infrastructure projects
Proactively works to remove issues hindering the implementation of service Management /operations initiatives ensuring coordination between local and regional operations teams.
Coordinates Service Management operations activities with other functions including Sales, consulting and business lines, as appropriate. Actively contribute to Service / sales operations initiatives making recommendations, highlighting how local issues should be addressed.
