Tech Solutions Sales - Business Development
JOB PROFILE SUMMARY
Develops GTM strategy, manages and delivers IT solutions curated for clients’ needs. Collects and interprets market dynamics, manages large sales initiatives, and provides support to internal teams.
·Initiates and answers inbound and/or outbound sales calls or electronic inquiries directly from/to prospective and/or existing customers.
·Identify and qualify opportunities and leads business development and sales activities until the delivery takes over.
·Compiles potential customers and markets; responds to inquiries for solutions and services; and researches prospects' needs and spending patterns.
·Has a solid understanding of business, financials, products/services, the market and the needs of assigned accounts; may help develop colleagues' understanding; may be recognized as an expert in one area.
·Has high level of authority/opportunity to set and negotiate product/service terms.
·Plans own territory or account approach and manages own resources.
·Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
·May also be involved in order fulfillment, post-sales or administrative related activities.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
·8+ years of relevant experience
·Experience in consultative sales, solutions sales, direct sales experience of complex global deals are desired.
·Knowledge or sales experience of SFDC or other cloud platform services, digital marketing, pharmaceutical industry are preferred.
·Should be able to understand IT technical documents, and able to verbally communicate in English with business topics.
