IQVIA Biotech is looking for a full life cycle Senior Recruiter/Recruiter to join our dynamic, fast growing team. 

Major Objective:
Source and screen candidates for full-time hires and contract assignments within the Clinical Trials Industry.  Maintain client and candidate relationships throughout the recruiting, placement, and on-boarding processes. Protect and promote the integrity and reputation of IQVIA Biotech and the Recruiting and Staffing Solutions (RSS) division through the provision of excellent service, adhering to recruiting ethics, as well as company guidelines and policies.  

Essential Activities:
Manage Requisitions for both IQVIA Biotech and RSS External Clients.

Recruiting Responsibilities:
•    Recruit (Source, Screen and Qualify) Clinical Research Professionals for opportunities in the Clinical Trials Industry, matching skill sets of candidates to specifications set by clients
•    Source candidate CV’s and conduct phone screens and skill set evaluation to pre-qualify candidates and build candidate pipeline
•    Assist in qualification, vetting, credentialing and management of documentation 
•    Assess assigned Requisition, obtain relevant information from client to develop recruitment strategy
•    Set and manage client expectations
•    Direct search activities as Lead Recruiter for designated Requisitions and coordinate recruiting efforts
•    Maintain Requisitions in database, ensuring completeness and accuracy of information
•    Consistently follow-up with client and recruiting colleagues to provide effective feedback on Requisition status
•    Submit qualified candidates for client review
•    Ensure contract candidates’ rates are appropriate (pay and bill rates) to ensure profitability targets are achieved
•    Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and clients
•    Prepare candidates and clients for interview
•    Coordinate post-interview follow-up and feedback with candidates and clients
•    Present verbal and written offers to candidates
•    Negotiate offers, as well as pay rates for contract personnel 
•    Identify and coordinate training activities as necessary and ensure accurate training records are maintained
•    Set expectations for performance with new contractors, including review of orientation process, the time/expense process, requests for time off, and other relevant policies
•    Manage the on-boarding process, confirming all required new hire information/documentation is completed prior to candidate start date
•    Ensure all required pre-hire checks are complete prior to candidate start date
•    Contract assignment management (contract initiation, extension and termination)
•    Contractor administrative and personnel management including concerns, issues, required counseling, etc.

Other duties, tasks and responsibilities as requested and directed by management in support of recruiting, sales and promotion of RSS and IQVIA Biotech.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
•    Strong problem solving capabilities
•    Ability to assess candidates’ skill sets and appropriately match them to client requirements and specifications
•    Excellent verbal and written communications skills, for effective interface with candidates, clients and team members
•    Strong negotiation skills to ensure financial targets are achieved
•    Excellent organizational skills
•    Strong computer/technical skills 
•    Demonstrated ability to function effectively in a team-based, production-oriented work environment

Minimum Requirements:
•    Bachelor’s degree; Candidates with successful track record in staffing and recruiting may be considered without a Bachelor’s Degree 
•    Minimum of five years (Senior Recruiter) or two years (Recruiter) prior experience in staffing and recruiting with clinical research staffing and recruiting experience preferred
