Are you up for a challenge? We are looking for a new Colleague to join our HR Team and lead an interesting project over a 12 months contract, with possibility to be extended. 





Start date: as soon as possible


Your mission:

As part of our HR Team, you will be responsible for the management and rollout of our Contract Harmonization project. Your role will consist of the following tasks:

  • Support the company in its merger/acquisitions and integration processes to ensure a full harmonization of our practice with regards to the following topics:

Benefit harmonization

Employment Contract and Regulations alignment across entities

Car policy review and rollout

Pension fund alignment

  • Conduct ad hoc reviews as directed and propose recommendations in handling employment legislation, compliance and practices for the purpose of the project
  • Work together with HR Team Members on organizational effectiveness and HR partnering change management efforts associated with reorganizations, mergers/acquisitions and transfers to ensure compliance to local legislation
  • Work in close collaboration with the pension fund broker to manage the project
  • Ensure project completion in due time
  • Provide reports and analysis as requested by Senior Management

Your profile:

  • MSc in Human Resources or comparable Legal/Paralegal education.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Business Partner or Specialist role within complex multinational environment.
  • Sound knowledge of local and relevant laws, employee benefit programs and regulations
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Demonstrate the highest degree of discretion and confidentiality
  • Proven attention to details
  • Good problem solving, judgment and decision making skills
  • Good organization and project management skills
  • Good presentation skills and counselling skills
  • Fluent in English and German
