Direct the Qcare Sales Support Team for the Qcare Site Services Group for a designated region or country. Develop plans to ensure achievement of financial and operational targets.  Targets include site network expansion, study pipeline growth and awarded new business.  Develop plans to ensure the allocation of human, material, system and fiscal resources for assigned area of accountability. Determine strategic goals and objectives, ensuring operational alignment with senior management priorities.


  • Evaluate potential sites to add to network to ensure financial and quality profiles are appropriate to improve overall Qcare business results. 
  • Identify new study opportunities to grow study pipeline and financial backlog ensuring attainment of financial goals for Qcare in terms of study volume, study revenue and budgeted profit.
  • Contribute to the formulation of effective strategic goals for Qcare operations and.take ownership for strategic initiatives including development of measures for success.
  • Provide leadership to ensure service offerings meet or exceed customer expectations. Ensure the improvement of the execution of SNP processes.
  • Manage sales target achievement achieve backlog targets and financial goals.
  • Contribute to the provision of strategic planning and resource planning  including hiring targets and processes and on-boarding and training standards.
  • Provide a leadership role in resourcing process through continual evaluation of existing and future resource alternatives, pro-active planning and collaboration with Qcare leadership and operational peers.
  • Evaluate workload, quality and budget metrics through regular review and reporting of findings. Collaborate with senior management and other functional leadership to improve efficiencies, project outcomes and quality metrics for Qcare network and operational delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with site leadership, client representatives and other functional leadership to manage project related challenges and to achieve exemplary customer service.
  • Foster effective relationship with site management teams to ensure effective issue resolution pathways
  • Ensure quality and regulatory appropriateness and acceptance of all service offerings.
  • Lead corporate or departmental quality or process improvement initiatives.


  • Requires 7 - 10 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Requires extensive knowledge of multiple job areas obtained through advanced education and experience.
  • Viewed as a leading expert within the field by peers.
  • Need 6+ years of experience in a leadership capacity
  • Bachelor's Degree: Health care or other scientific discipline or educational equivalent
  • Equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

  • Knowledge of the drug development processes and in depth knowledge of SNP processes and practices.
  • Proficient ability to analyze metrics and information; ensuring activities and strategies are data driven
  • Knowledge and ability to apply GCP/ICH and applicable regulatory guidelines
  • Knowledge of clinical research financial parameters and project financial tracking and accounting methods
  • Good leadership skills
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Computer skills including proficiency in use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good written and verbal communication skills including good command of English
  • Effective organizational and problem solving skills
