Responsibilities:

  • Take the lead on project opportunities, map clients’ business needs, customize methodologies and conduct successful negotiations.
  • Manage project teams in delivery and be solely responsible for the project deliverables and client satisfaction.
  • Lead the assigned business development activities, such as advisory product/service development, marketing activities in terms of subject matter studies and pre-sales activities.
  • Undertake performance improvement, assessment and design tasks in line with standard company methodologies.
  • Guide peers and junior colleagues as needed in preparing comprehensive analyses, identifying issues and implementing solutions.
  • Advise on efficiency improvement possibilities and drive related change management projects.
  • Develop robust working relationships with key process owners across the business.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of working experience in consultancy and/or business development.
  • Problem solving orientation, logical thinking, proactive mindset and service mentality.
  • Strong interpersonal, business development and communication skills.
  • Process thinking, practical experience in process management/modelling/improvement.
  • Familiarity with basic improvement methodologies such as BPR, Lean, etc. is an advantage.
  • Fluent Hungarian and English language skills.
  • Advanced user level in MS Office tools.
