Perform, manage, and coordinate activities associated with the generation of global site and investigator strategies for studies within a specific therapeutic alignment.


  • Accountable for the generation, analysis and interpretation of study-related information to produce prioritized site / investigator lists to support strategy development during:  1) Pipeline planning; 2)  early engagement; 3) the pre-award bidding process; and 4)  post award, ensuring lists are tailored and accurate in order to set IQVIA operational teams up for successful delivery of each study.

  • Work with cross-functional leads to determine the ideal site / investigator profile for performing each study. 

  • Leverage therapeutic knowledge and experience to make recommendations on how the site / investigator strategy should be developed.

  • Proactively contribute to technology/tool development by identifying areas of improvement and providing recommendations for enhancements to deliver quality and consistency.

Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Degree in life sciences, public health, statistics, business, or related field with 3-5 years of relevant experience, and

  • Experience or exposure to health and/or data science; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience – Desirable.

  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology, GCP, and applicable regulatory guidelines

  • Knowledge of the drug development processes across all functional areas

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand, access, and analyze data from divergent sources, and

  • Provide an assimilation of data leading to conclusions and recommendations for site tiering.
