  • We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce architect who is passionate and experienced at building new applications from scratch, as well as the ability to effectively refactor and integrate existing applications. 
  • An ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor with deep technical expertise in Salesforce Architecture and a leader with vision who will provide overall technical direction, guidance and definition of Salesforce architecture to deliver products that effectively support our business strategy.  The candidate should have exceptional communication and negotiation skills, combined with experience guiding software and quality engineer’s analysts in implementing production quality solutions.  The Salesforce Architect will drive conversations with diverse internal and external teams ranging from architecture, development, and infrastructure to produce an optimal design for our products
  • Strong candidates will have development and operational experience at large scale and bring both deep technical understanding and sound judgment to the role.  This is a position for a hardworking and creative software architect offering tremendous ability to make an impact.

Job Requirements

  • Exceptional strategic planning capabilities, a big picture thinker and in-depth problem solver
  • You will focus on consistency, reusability, and technical integration of a substantial product portfolio
  • Own the technical relationship with Salesforce to ensure best practices are adhered to and enforced
  • The importance of your perspective and your ability to create trailblazing value and measurable results is tantamount
  • Looking for our products to stand out via the strategic impact, innovation, and necessary risks for you to make your mark
  • Experience in SFDC Development
  • Partner with stakeholders across Product Development & Product Management to lead the Design direction, drive key technical decision points
  • Responsible for architecting and documenting a technical solution based on project requirements and Salesforce best practices
  • Experienced in analyzing Business Requirements, Entity Relationship diagram and designing them to Salesforce custom objects, junction objects, master-detail relationships and lookup relationships
  • Work closely with product management in understanding the business requirement and provide inputs on technical requirements
  • Publish architecture documents for features and solutions
  • Assist the QA team in defining test scenarios. Maintain efficient & effective communication & collaboration with development and QA teams removing any technological impediments
  • Keep up to date with the technology advancements and propose better & efficient solutions
  • Process oriented, problem solving and quality focused attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven technical writing abilities.
  • Proficient in driving a team and working with development vendors and onshore/offshore model to deliver a brilliant product on time and on budget
  • Master’s Degree preferred (minimum bachelor’s degree) – Preferably in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field
