The primary responsibilities of this person will be to align with multiple business units in the Nordics to run analytics, track revenue and business trends, align within the CRM and reconciliation with finance, and support billing. Individual will be tasked with creating pipeline reports and dashboards, activity reports, and Account/Opportunity reports.


  • Deliver sales & account management reports including revenue, retention, churn, activities, etc. along with trend analysis and recommendations via Salesforce.
  • Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management.
  • Work closely with project managers on revenue forecasting according to the progress of the projects.
  • Prepare and submit billing and revenue notification forms with high quality in timely manner, ensuring revenue is booked accordingly and billing is updated according to the billing term in projects.
  • Ensure CRM compliance by having projects information updated, as well as efficient opportunity management to certify the team is working coherently in Salesforce.
  • Work actively with support roll outs of new commercial processes.
  • Coordinate month end and quarter end revenue submission ensuring accuracy/quality of submissions and adherence to Corporate and other (e.g. auditor) deadlines
  • Develop and provide expert-level reports and analysis, in formats that are suitable for presentation to management
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of key projects
  • Provide CRM training to new hires and ongoing support
  • Support sales adoption, operational readiness and change management


  • Fluency in English is essential, with one other Nordic language (Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian)
  • Salesforce (SFDC) and Excel experience is desired
  • Ability to carry out detailed analysis and information gathering to resolve problems on non-routine matters.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks; proven strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical with ability to extract key business insights through data analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to C-level executives.
  • Agile, self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.
  • Analytical experience with sales & account management reports driving key insights.
  • Methodical attention to detail in reviewing and execution of contracts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • BA/BS degree or higher, preferably in business/ finance
