The role

Joining a high-profile and talented team as a consummate technology services sales professional within our Real-World & Analytics Solutions (RWAS) Technology team, you will focus on our world leading software platforms; Privacy Analytics and E360 and bespoke solutions covering ODHSI, as well as AI & ML - whose complimentary approaches turn learning health systems from concept to reality - to identify opportunities for customized implementations to meet specific client needs.

  • Privacy Analytics is an innovative suite of data governance software that enables stakeholders to optimize benefits of the growing volume and availability of new, complex datasets while protecting patient privacy. Solutions include scalable tools for de-identifying and anonymizing structured and unstructured patient-level data, across real world datasets and clinical trials. Find out more here:

You will drive sales and client engagement for RWAS Technology product & services including lead generation, pre-sales & sales engineering optimization, and custom client engagement.

You’ll be working closely with our RWAS Technology Management Team including VPs or Directors owning different product lines and software engineering cells, as well as Sales and Principals across Global RWAS and the local business units.

You will be key to the RWAS Technology go-to-market strategy and account planning strategy.

Our ideal candidate: Experience

  • BA/BSc in life sciences or information technology discipline

  • Healthcare technology sales in either software, technology services or technology consulting

  • Selling and supporting off-the-shelf and custom healthcare technology solutions, especially related to outcomes research and clinical trials

  • Proven hands-on leadership in at least one innovative technology area relevant to healthcare

  • Commercial awareness and good understanding of the healthcare, health technology and pharmaceutical industry, gained through experience.

Please note, we are also interested to hear from candidates who have CRO Sales experience (ideally RWE-related) with a keen interest in broadening their knowledge of AI & Machine Learning technology, and how it will change the future of healthcare!
