Major Duties Performed (Main Functions)

Strategy Plan

  • To identify the key business growth areas for technology solutions by summarizing the industry best practice and the technology trend in China market together with the principal
  • To identify the product or service that fits into the key business growth areas and could be the business driver together with the principal
  • To work with the principal closely on the key activities about strategy execution including the external BD activities or internal operation activities

Market development

  • To work together with the principal about the market education work such as thought leader building
  • To identify the key accounts that can be the adapter of the business driver and make account plan
  • To work on the leads generation and follow up with consultant team to move the leads to opportunities effectively
  • To lead the bidding activities for opportunities together with consultant team
  • To manage the market development effort of the team together with the principal

    Operation

  • To work with Principal to ensure the team’s understanding of the strategy and execution of the strategy by all team members
  • Involved into the key team operation activities such as the organization shaping and optimization or the key operation processes design
  • Involved into the development plan and execution of key team members
  • May be involved into the key project delivery to ensure the successful delivery especially for the projects of the key account or key business driver

Other Requirements

  • Can be the back up of the principal to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the team from the perspectives of market development, team operation and strategy
  • To work with other relevant BUs to form a real technology integrated solution for the company

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

  • Bachelor above degree in Engineering, Computing, or Technology.
  • Graduates from top-tier universities preferred
  • 8+ years general experience, 5+ experience at IT consulting forms with senior positions
  • Understanding the business processes of IT, SFE, Marketing, Strategy Planning of Pharmaceutical companies
  • Strong communication and people management skills, able to guide other team members
  • Proficient in project management skill including IT implementation projects or business/management consulting projects
  • Fluent English
