Role Overview:

Work with the Resourcing COE and Site Activation BU Leads in Americas, APAC and EMEA to create a centralized resourcing process and tool that integrates with the pricing and delivery processes and systems, creating a LEAN feedback loop. Success is measured by decreased lag time from site award to the 1st phase of site activation, increased internal stakeholder feedback, EBIDTA maintenance or increase, increased client satisfaction and potentially driving increased sales


Work with the Resourcing COE and SA BU Leads to create a centralized resourcing process that will eventually be automated through the IQVIA resourcing tool Evaluate the tools functionality to meet Site Activation Resourcing needs Determine which resourcing methodology works best for site activation to gain optimum EBIDTA Determine how each BU currently resources and define best practices and gaps Ensure effective roll out of a centralized process and tool by working with the OCM and Data leads Work with the Data Science and LEAN leads to develop productivity metrics for optimizing resourcing Work with the finance lead to determine how productivity measures can help drive better EBIDTA Assist the other SA OPEX team members determine resourcing challenges in their program and process approaches

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

  • 5+ years of resourcing experience
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in Healthcare
  • Strong leadership and partner skills, focusing on a strong alignment to stakeholder needs and organization evolution
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 4-year undergraduate or more advanced degree

Additional Requirements:

  • Travel may be required
  • Extensive use of telephone and face-to-face communication requiring accurate perception of speech
  • Extensive use of keyboard requiring repetitive motion of fingers
  • Regular sitting for extended periods of time
