Our Delivery hub in Gothenburg, Sweden is looking for a Research Manager. The Research Manager is the link between the commercial team and the delivery team, securing a cost-effective production process and high-quality end product.

The Research Manager is responsible for end to end delivery of PMR projects, managing the teams and ensuring the client has continuous engagement throughout the entire process so that the project scope is kept, from beginning to end.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally
  • Scope and price up projects as input for proposals
  • Effectively using planning tools to ensure projects are delivered on time and that the requirements are met
  • Continuously reviewing internal processes using your experience and insight to add value to delivery Acquiring deep knowledge of PI, acting as expert advisor to other members of the PI team as well as clients
  • Proactively developing knowledge of the healthcare industry and the need of PMR Managing cross functional team members in the project teams

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in primary market research
  • Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish project goals Good communication skills appropriate to a Global working environment and communication with client
  • Disciplined, self-motivated and also able to operate effectively as part of a team. Ability to work to deadlines, as well as constant prioritisation of work
  • Effective time management skills. Ability to multi-task is vital
  • Good project management, time management and organizational skills
  • A strong motivation to thrive in a client-focused, international team environment
  • Experience of leading / coaching / managing others

In addition to the skills and experience above, candidates interested in joining IMS will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1 - 3 years of related experience
  • A strong commitment to high quality work and an interest in rapid learning and skill development. Native or fluent English (written and oral)
