Regulatory Compliance Manager

Reporting to Business Process Improvement Director, the main mission in this role will be regulatory watch (pharma regulatory and compliance) as well as responsibilities in quality management such as:

  • Ensure consistency across regulatory processes
  • Project management, teams developing/revising Pharma and Compliance regulatory Quality System documents (SOPs…)
  • Ensure training on processes
  • Develop KPIs on processes, monitor compliance, develop mitigation actions when needed.

Main missions will be:

  • Ensure pharma and compliance regulatory watch on all TS Global Business Unit portfolio
  • Assess risk at the beginning of the development phase
  • Control product/solutions that have been developed upon the best practices defined in the Quality Management System
  • Prepare and run internal audits and third parties audit
  • Facilitate creation, writing and spreading SOPs and WIs as well as KPIs, activity dashboard and suggest improvement plan.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Master’s degree in Life Science or IT highly preferable
  • 5 years professional experience in Computer System Validation, EDM, Regulatory tracking and/or management of Regulatory Quality System
  • Good knowledge of Regulatory Environment (International, European, US)
  • Previous experience on setting up or maintaining processes for Computer System Validation 
  • Solid project management skills
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills with an ability to build networks and use them to secure appropriate support and outcome for projects
  • Shows a constant focus on improving performance
  • Good written and oral communication skills and capable to deliver key communication with clarity and impact
  • Fluent in English, French is advantage
  • Methodical, process and solutions-oriented, problem-solving skills, team player.
