Position Purpose:

We are looking for a passionate Data Management Analyst professional which primary focus will be to update product reference databases as part of a data management team responsible for the ongoing production and quality assurance of reference data relating to Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health and Veterinary products in coordination with Italian Local Office. The product data, which must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date, appears in a wide range of databases and publications used by the company’s customers.

What to expect:

  • Update reference databases with new products data and changes in the French markets ensuring quality of the data.
  • Contact laboratories via both, emails and phone calls, in order to get and confirm product information.
  • Build and maintain a professional network.
  • Search and gather reference information through input data from internal sources.
  • Classify products, standardize and group data according to the company hierarchies and business rules.
  • Identify and resolve routine exceptions and issues.
  • Perform quality control of data maintained and apply corrections as required.
  • Maintain documentation of Procedures.

Skills & other requirements:

  • Native level of Italian and good knowledge of English language is required.
  • Bachelor Degree of Science preferably in Pharmacy.
  • Work experience in pharmaceutical product information or in the pharmaceutical industry, familiarity with pharmaceutical and consumer health products and terminology is desirable.
  • Good communication skills are required.
  • Valuable experience maintaining and updating databases.
  • Computer literate.
  • Organizational skills. Good attention to detail with the ability to work accurately within the pressure of tight.
  • Ability to carry out moderate analysis and information gathering to resolve problems.
  • Experience of a production environment with workload prioritization would be advantageous.
