IQVIA are currently looking to expand their first-class Talent Specialist Team in Reading to help innovate through a new service offering working within the Headcount Space.

We are looking for experienced recruiters with a proven track record of success in business development, sourcing and placing candidates to delight customers.

Initially hiring on 1 year Fixed Term Contract


These roles will give you the opportunity to work autonomously, managing your own business area whilst also having the ability to work strategically in the pharma/healthcare market.

You will take full ownership for the end to end recruitment lifecycle and business generation, sourcing and selection, advertising through to the end stage of hiring and delighting the customer.

You will actively pursue and develop new business opportunities with existing and new clients to build a pipeline of recruitment opportunities, whilst meeting all financial targets and KPI’s.

You will use your creative flair for attracting candidates through direct sourcing, diverse social media activities, recruitment fairs and events.

You will work in a collaborative team where communication and trust are integral to the role, working alongside smart and driven colleagues, acting with a sense of urgency to meet all deadlines and targets, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact within healthcare.


You will ideally have a couple of years’ experience in a staffing agency environment with relevant education / qualifications and/or training. Pharmaceutical/Healthcare knowledge beneficial but not essential.

Excellent business development skills, with an ability to build effective client relationship, ideally within a start-up environment where speed and efficiency are essential.

A creative problem solver with excellent communication and influencing skills plus an ability to work in a fast-paced matrix organisation.

Have extensive knowledge of recruitment legislation, plus strong IT skills

Develop high level of commercial knowledge around market trends, plus excellent attention to detail.

Excellent communication, Influencing and presenting skills are key to the role.
