Unique opportunity to join our Talent Acquisition team based in Lisbon office.  As a vital part of our recruitment sourcing team, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging and attracting the best talent along different EMEA countries. Responsibilities:
 
• Conduct database searches, social network searches, market mapping, business research as required, to identify candidates to discuss open opportunities.
• Utilize online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates.
• Review applications and conduct phone-interviews to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements. May include cold calling depending on role.
• Update the applicant tracking database with information from the applicant’s CV or resume.
• Advise applicants of the interviewing process and next steps, as required. Liaise with the recruiters to ensure candidates are interviewed as agreed upon. Assist with interview scheduling.
• Build and maintain professional relationships, as required, with colleges, universities, alumni groups, and other organizations as a source to generate additional potential applicants. Attend job fairs.
• Serve as administrative key point of contact for EMEA Staffing prepare and distribute reports, put data into the system and maintain data on recruiting activities as required.
• Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing and assessment approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations.
• Build, maintain and provide insight talent network of potential candidates through pro-active market research to determine best approach to engage and on-going relationship management, conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
• Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within IQVIA’s mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
• Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification. Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
• Must have experience with a building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
• Gathers data around competition and market conditions or trends that may impact our ability to find and hire the right talent.
• Drive and promote awareness of IQVIA and recruitment opportunities through social media.


 
Requirements:
 

• Experience in recruitment activities or HR role.
• Fluency in Portuguese & English language (Another EU language would be an advantage).
• Experience in a Call/Contact Center Environment or related role; 
• Understanding of current recruitment processes and methodologies.
• Technical sourcing experience, preferably in a high growth environment supporting multiple technical hiring teams.
• Boolean and other search string methodologies.
• Experience with creative sourcing through multiple channels (web, social/professional networks, etc.).
• Proven track record of using creative sourcing approaches.
• Ability to deliver quality results within the expected time frame.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable talking with a wide range of people both on the telephone and face to face.
• Able to build effective relationships with colleagues, working as part of a team, demonstrating a flexible, 'can-do' attitude.
• Quickly understands the needs of the candidate and hiring manager.
• Solid expertise in a variety of research methods specific to recruiting. Must be able to cold call and compile qualifications based on position profile.
• Able to work tenaciously to achieve high quality results within tight time frames.
• Strong multi-tasker, able to prioritize and manage sometimes conflicting priorities.
• Evidence of taking responsibility and ownership for the outcome of a project and using innovative means to solve problems and overcome obstacles.
