The RWI Solution Sales team is responsible for business development with the headquarters of IQVIA™ pharmaceutical clients. The team is proactively engaging the medical/scientific and commercial client audiences to address their needs with multi-market real-world evidence solutions. This team works closely with other central and local Go-to-Market teams to support the achievement of account specific objectives.

Job Requirements


Possesses knowledge of key marketplace issues for the pharmaceutical industry and related businesses. 

Must have experience selling projects and services leveraging patient data

Must have experience selling internationally

Deep knowledge of one or more IQVIA™ specialty products along with subject matter expertise relating to client business processes that are improved by the IQVIA™ solution is a strong plus.

Must be a superior and successful sales person, have excellent presentation and writing skills, act with a sense of urgency, and be able to work both independently and within a team environment.  

Must have successful experience identifying and closing new business opportunities and developing positive relationships at all levels of client management and within IQVIA™ sales, consulting and marketing teams.

Must be revenue-driven, knowledgeable, consultative, a problem solver, customer focused, creative, resourceful, fast & flexible, organized, and an effective negotiator.

Must have experience delivering against aggressive sales targets

Experience delivering consulting work in healthcare industry a strong plus.


Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of five (5) years relevant sales or account management experience
