Job Profile Summary:
Works directly with clients to provide value added input, to develop business opportunities that will lead to additional starbursts and to deliver projects built around strategic feasibility issues. Has responsibility for ensuring delivery of high levels of client satisfaction. Typically works within a specific CoE area but may have responsibility across multiple expertise areas and/or clients. Meets or exceeds assigned revenue targets.

Essential Functions:
Contributes to the enhanced awareness of IQVIA in the marketplace, e.g. through speaking engagements, client meetings, publications etc.
Proactively continues to strengthen subject matter expertise through on the job experience, participation in conferences and symposiums and other forums for professional knowledge sharing.


  • Primary owner of client engagements with ultimate responsibility for client satisfaction and delivering high levels of quality/added value.
  • Meets or exceeds assigned revenue targets by developing and delivering insightful, value-added solutions that address complex client issues.
  • Responsible for significant and tangible client impact from all engagements.
  • Seeks out and identifies new revenue opportunities at existing and potential clients – ensures a continuous flow of business from client engagements.
  • Takes lead role in proposal development to ensure actionable, on-target and timely proposals are provided to clients.
  • Manages client interface and ensures project team achieves efficient and effective project delivery.
  • Serves as a solutions-based expert, internally and externally, by applying consultative problem-solving skills.
  • Identifies issues of importance to the industry/clients and works with CoE Leaders and/or Geographic Leaders to develop tangible and commercial offerings.
  • Production of feasibility text for proposals and feasibility reports
  • Creation of customer facing slide decks as required
  • Create budgets/proposals for stand-alone paid feasibility studies
  • Undertake therapeutic training, as necessary, and keep abreast of developments in clinical research generally
  • Proactively mentors, coaches

Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Degree in life sciences, public health, statistics, business, or related field with 5-7 years of relevant experience, including demonstrable experience in an international role and experience or exposure to health and/or data science; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. 
  • Analytical skills and ability to understand, access and analyze data from divergent sources to provide an assimilation of data leading to conclusions and recommendations for country ranking and patient enrollment forecasts quickly and accurately 
  • Good knowledge of medical terminology, GCP, and applicable regulatory guidelines
  • In depth knowledge of the drug development processes across all functional areas 
  • Prior project, team, or initiative leadership experience is preferred.
  • Computer skills including proficiency in aspects of data analysis and presentation software, Microsoft Word, Excel and databases 
  • Detail and quality oriented with strong focus on excellence
  • Good written and verbal communication skills including good command of English 
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills 
  • Effective time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities
