Purpose

Provide project management support to the Patient Recruitment Programs (PRP) writing and editorial teams, for Global Master Informed Consent Forms (ICFs), eConsent and standalone writing projects (where PRP services are not otherwise scoped). Responsibility to support the Project Support Lead in the implementation of small programs such as these, in their entirety. Includes communication with sponsor and internal study team and collaboration with internal writing and editorial teams to deliver ICFs and other tactics. Assist the Project Support Lead, to track projects and metrics, finance management (EAC, budgeting and reconciliation), internal triage and resourcing support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide project management support to the Patient Recruitment Programs (PRP) writing and editorial teams, for Global Master Informed Consent Forms (ICFs), eConsent and standalone writing projects (where PRP services are not otherwise scoped).
  • Monitor and triage ICF and eConsent incoming work and contribute to weekly ICF resourcing call with delivery teams, and eConsent team
  • Coordinate operational and tactical related activities for study team and client to ensure that related project milestones are met
  • Under the guidance of the Project Support Lead, contribute to management of the scope of work, objectives, timelines, quality of deliverables, and other activities of assigned projects.
  • Attend Sponsor ICF calls with internal team, where required
  • Contribute to management of assigned project budget(s) to meet financial and company goals (realization targets)
  • Contribute to data tracking in designated tracking systems and tools, including specific Sponsor ICF KPI metrics
  • Package up Word documents or PDF files for IRB/EC, study team, and/or sponsor review
  • Provide technical support as necessary on project specific and interdepartmental training effort
  • Assist with the establishment of new procedures and offer suggestions for process improvements for existing procedures
  • Assist managers with periodic report generation.

REQUIRED CAPABILITIES

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent production skills, to a standard appropriate for QC sign-off.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
  • Ability to work to tight timelines, and to organize/motivate colleagues to meet team deadlines.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, clients and suppliers.

REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or relatives, plus 2 years’ experience in project management ; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
