Project Support Manager
 
IQVIA is currently recruiting for an experienced pharmaceutical sales manager, looking to develop or expand their pharmaceutical sales management experience further.
 
Working within a Project Support Manager role, you will be working across multiple accounts within the UK Commercial Operations Team. The role requires strong performance management experience and understanding of HR policies and procedures; an ability to take a lead with customers, driving strong business relationships  ensuring the Customer and employee’s experience is first class, to grow our business in the future. This is an ideal opportunity for a flexible, solutions orientated, well organised and commercially astute, experienced first line manager who is looking for a broader opportunity.

Skills and Experience Required

• Demonstrable success as a first line manager
• Exceptional understanding of Pharma Market and NHS
• Evidence of strong performance management and leadership ability
• Experience driving in call quality with customer managed sales teams ideal
• Good understanding and ability to work with financial data.
• Customer focussed and able to deliver in ambiguous and complex situations.
• Strong networking and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication skills – remote, face to face and presentations.
• Fluency in relevant software systems and applications, such as MS Office
• Excellent problem solving, judgment and decision making skills.
• Strong administrative, organizational and planning skills. Project Management experience beneficial.
• Proven track record of delivery against targets.
• Ability to establish, develop and maintain effective working partnerships with broad range of customers
• Flexible approach and ability to deal with change
• ABPI Qualified
• Full Driving licence (max 6 points)
• Eligible to work full time within the UK
