Job Description

Summary of Essential Job Functions

  • Manage up to 7 SecureConsent projects to ensure they are executed on time, on budget, and according to specification.
  • Act as main point of contact with client representatives.
  • Draft and submit communications plan to clients per project.
  • Create and maintain project schedule and budget.
  • Support sales team in drafting estimates and preliminary schedules.
  • Create and deliver project status reports internally and for clients.
  • Create and manage tasks for projects to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Solicit and coordinate approvals for project activities.
  • Liaise with vendors for contracted services (e.g. translations, audio)
  • Work with quality team to ensure projects are accurate and complete.
  • Work with product team to offer suggestions on improvements to SecureConsent.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position does have responsibility for managing people. Roles include:

Experience Requirements

  • At least 3 years of project management experience, preferably in software development and/or healthcare/research

Skill Requirements

  • Expert-level familiarity with MS Project or similar tools (SmartSheet)
  • Google Drive and/or MS Office
  • GCP


  • College undergraduate degree or commensurate experience.
