Job Summary (Purpose of the job)

  • To drive, track and provide high quality service through project management of HR programs and initiatives

across the globe in close collaboration with the HR leaders and team members to ensure high quality & ontime
project delivery.

  • To manage HR Operations’ projects and programs including data analysis and synthesis, consolidation of

critical global information, and tracking/reporting of key initiatives.

Project Management

  • Support VP, HR Operations on critical and strategic HR programs, KPIs, key initiatives, analytics, data consolidation and reporting for internal and external meetings
  • Track and provide high quality project management services for all HR operations initiatives & ensure on-time delivery
  • Identify potential program risks in a timely manner, and devise corresponding solutions to mitigate risks
  • Support and take lead on specific HR transformational projects and interventions (e.g.; HR website, Culture change activities, merger and acquisition integration, LEAN, etc.)
  • Work collaboratively with Corporate/Regional/HR support to streamline HR operational excellence in a complex matrixed organization
  • Effectively communicate and align with global and regional HR to ensure the success of collaborative projects
  • Manage big data analysis for key operational initiatives
  • Provide support in change management as required

HR Communications and Deployment

  • Prepare global presentation materials
  • Support VP, HR Operations on strategic operational communications
  • Drive innovative solutions using digital media, e-solutions, newsletters, etc. to deploy effective communications strategy
  • Provide concrete HR analysis to monitor and measure the feedback of key programs by leveraging technology and e-solutions

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of seven (7) years related Human Resources experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Familiarity with human resources policies and procedures as well as national and local laws.
  • Expert in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective relationship building skills and ability to take a consultative approach with key stakeholders.
  • Project Management Certification preferred
  • LEAN certification preferred
