IQVIA is seeking a high performing, results-oriented Project Lead with a track record of success to join our team!

Project Lead Responsibilities:

The Project Lead (PL) is responsible for the overall operation of the contract including achieving goals, delivering results, expense management and maximizing client satisfaction. The critical responsibility includes the timely recruitment, selection, and evaluation of the highest quality District Managers and Pharmaceutical Sales Specialists. The PL trains, coaches, and develops District Managers and/or representatives in best practice methods to achieve contract goals and objectives. The PL regularly provides sales direction and guidance, monitors expense management of DMs and/or Pharmaceutical Sales Specialists and develops and implements strategic plans for the client and the Company overall. The PL is the relationship manager for the contract client and ensures highest level client satisfaction ratings. The PL, plans, organizes and monitors activities/projects to maximize the business potential for client and influence contract renewals and expansions. Provides information and suggestions to the executive team related to sales strategies, sales plans, market share data and performance management.


• BS/BA degree required, MBA preferred.

• Prior experience with AstraZeneca project strongly preferred.

• Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.

• 7 years pharmaceutical management experience.

• Ability to recruit, retain, motivate and develop top caliber employees.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and expand relationships with key customers and key   stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and business acumen.

• Strong knowledge of the evolving changes within the pharmaceutical industry.
